Mae Wong National Park, Located between Kamphaeng Phet and Nakorn Sawan Provinces, covers 894 square kilometers. Mae Wong is one of the best places for Bird Watching and Bird Photography.

With more than 200 species of Birds found in Mae Wong, and many rare species most of Birder and Bird Photographers want to see, such as, Crested Kingfisher, Rufous-necked Hornbill, Burmese Yuhina, Coral-billed Scimitar Babbler, Spotted-necked Baler, Rusty-naped Pitta, and many other birds.

Itinerary

Day 1 Bangkok - Mae Wong (B/L/D) : Overnight at: Maak Boon Resort

Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok or Air-port, transfer to Mae Wong/takes about 4-5 hours to Mae Wong National Park/ continue to Bird Watching or Bird Photography Program at Chong Yen Viewpoint.
Day 2-3 : Mae Wong National Park / Kampeangphet Province (B/L/D) : Overnight at: Maak Boon Resort

Breakfast/Transfer to Mae Wong National Park. You'll see Grey Peacock Pheasant, Rufous- throated Partridge, Rusty-naped Pitta, Burmese Yuhina, White-necked Laughingthrush, Red-billed Scimitar Babbler, Coral-billed Scimitar Babbler, Rufous-necked Hornbill, Lesser Yellownape, Silver- eared Mesia, Spot-necked Babbler, Eyebrowed Wren Babbler, Crested Kingfisher, and many other Birds.

Continue to afternoon Bird Watching Program.

Return back to Resort.

Day 3 : Mae Wong National Park / Kampeangphet Province (B/L)
