First day we run the trip in Pak Thale,we seen,5 Nordmann's Greenshank,Malaysian Plover, Ruff, Common Sandpiper,Kentish Plover,Brown-headed Gull,Bar-tailed Godwit, Sanderling,Eurasian Curlew,Great Knot,and many in Kaeng Krachan and Khao Yai sach as: Brown Hornbill,Silver Pheasant,Siamese Fireback,Blue-winged Pitta,Great Hornbill,Wreathed Hornbill,Banded Kingfisher,Large-tailed Nightjar,Red-headed Trogon,Orange-breasted Trogon,Gurney's Pitta,Mangrove Pitta and many other birds. |

On Sunday morning 31/10/2010,I took Mr. Tim to Explore Spoon-billed Sandpiper in Khok Kham, we saw 1 Spoon-billed Sandpiper,1 Gull-billed Tern, Common Tern,Little Tern,Brown-headed Gull,Lesser Sand Plover,Red Knot,Great Knot, Curlew Sandpiper, Grey Heron,Common Greenshank,Black-capped Kingfisher,Common Kingfisher,Black-winged Stilt, Pacific Golden Plover,Little Ringed Plover,Yellow Wagtail, And afer noon we go to Bang Pu and the areas near by.

After finish Bird watching trip with Robert L King on 14/07/2010, I have to survey around Doi inthanon and the areas near by,I found 3 Green Cochoa's Nests in Doi Inthanon,very easy to see Green Cochoa,White-browed Shortwing,Slaty-bellied Tesia,Snowy-browed Flycatcher,Chestnut-bellied Rock Thrush and Black-tailed Crake and other common resident.
I stayed at Mr.Daeng's Birding Center at KM.31, around this arae I have seen Asian-barred Owlet, Collared Scops-Owl,Common Green Magpie,Long-tailed Broadbill,Scarlet Minivet,Great Tit and many other birds also present at this time.
Remark:Easy to see Green Cochoa,White-browed Shortwing and Black-tailed Crake in June-August. |
